For many years, I’ve found that one of the most powerful and effective tools for this transformation is Energy Psychology, specifically the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
You might be wondering, “What is EFT?” At its core, EFT is a gentle yet powerful mind-body technique. It involves tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points on your body while you focus on a problem or a difficult emotion.
