TAT - Tapas Acupressure Technique

Tapas Fleming, Licensed Acupuncturist, created TAT which reduces traumatic and emotional distress as well as allergies. She discovered that TAT was a way to heal traumas that had been passed down from generation to generation through the cellular history of the human body. As you ask the body about the origins and treatment of the problem, you gently press three acupressure points near the eyes and forehead while holding the back of your head with the other hand. This four-step process accesses body/mind memories and relieves traumas, fears, and negative beliefs from the cells.

You don’t have to have a vision of what happened in order to use TAT. By focusing on the problem while in the TAT pose you generate energy in the brain’s vision centers to treat the problem. During the session the healing becomes integrated physically, mentally and emotionally. Most people find that TAT is both gentle and powerful.
